All new water department customers desiring to establish service must:
Complete your application and service agreement and submit them to the Utility Billing Clerk. Printable forms can be found under the "Utility Forms" tab to the left or they may be picked up at Town Hall;
Pay the deposit to have your service started (cash, check, or credit card are accepted forms of payment);
If purchasing, a copy of the buyer's driver's license/ID and closing disclosure must be presented. Closing must be completed before water service can begin;
If leasing, you will need to provide a copy of your driver's license/ID, lease agreement, and pass a rental inspection before water service can begin.
$200 deposit for a sewer system, plus a non-refundable $25 service fee.
$150 for septic, plus a non-refundable $25 service fee.
